Aluminium Complex Food Grade Grease

PETRONAS Grease FG is an Aluminium complex grease specially developed for lubrication of machinery used in food processing and packaging industries.

Formulated with white base oils enhanced with Aluminium complex soap, extreme pressure, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, corrosion inhibitor and anti-bacterial additives. PETRONAS Grease FG provides excellent high temperature performance, high load carrying capabilities and excellent adhesiveness qualities which makes it ideal for components where there is oscillating or rotating motion.

PETRONAS Grease FG meets NSF H1 (Former USDA 1998 H1 type) guidelines for greases used in applications where incidental food contact may occur and is manufactured using white oils and other ingredients which are permitted substances for the preparation of lubricants in terms of the FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570.

APPLICATIONS

PETRONAS Grease FG is recommended for use in:

  • lubrication of equipment in the food processing industries with a wide range of operating conditions in applications that include all enclosed journal and anti-friction bearings, slides and cams. 
  • in plant and mobile equipment handling food products where food contact will occur.
  • typical applications include, bottlers, canners, seaming rolls, slicers, peelers, cutters, dicers, hydrostatic cookers, grain handling equipment, malting operations and packaging equipment.

Note: PETRONAS Grease FG is recommended for operating temperature range of -20°C to +150°C.
